Start by boiling the red lentil pasta in hot water and cook for about 10 minutes.

300 g Red lentil pasta

Step 2

Meanwhile, combine the cottage cheese, milk, cream cheese, grated cheese, and corn starch in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

200 g Cottage cheese

180 ml Skimmed milk

40 g Low fat cream cheese

100 g Grated low fat cheese

2 tsp Corn starch

Step 3

Heat a pan and pour in the cheese sauce over low to medium heat, making sure it does not boil.

Step 4

Drain the pasta, add it to the pan and mix everything well.

Step 5

Arrange your containers and distribute the mixture evenly.

Next, cut the chicken breast into cubes and fry them in the pan.
