Step 1

Combine the flour, Greek yogurt, stevia, and salt in a bowl.

120 g Self raising flour

180 g Low fat Greek yogurt

1 tsp Stevia

1 pinch Salt

Step 2

Knead into a dough and roll it out, then brush with egg whites.

Sprinkle with cinnamon, roll it up, cut into balls or bites, and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
