Step 1

To begin making the pesto, blend the spinach leaves, walnuts, garlic, Parmesan, and olive oil in a mixer.

1 handful Leaves of spinach

20 g Walnuts

1 Clove of garlic

20 g Parmesan

1 tbsp Olive oil

Step 2

Next, slice the chicken breast, open it up, and spread the pesto over it.

250 g Chicken breast

Step 3

Add mozzarella, tomato, salt, and pepper on top, then fold the other half over.
