Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Begin by mixing the couscous with paprika seasoning and salt in a bowl, then cover it completely with hot water. Cover the bowl with a plate and set it aside to let the couscous absorb the water.

Step 2

Next, cut the salmon fillet into small, bite-sized pieces, toss them with a bit of oil, and coat them in bread crumbs until fully covered.

Step 3

Bake the salmon pieces in the oven or air fryer for 20 minutes at 200°C (392°F).

Step 4

Meanwhile, chop the cucumber into small pieces and mix them with Greek yogurt and dill in a small bowl.

Step 5

To serve, place the cucumber salad on top of the couscous and arrange the salmon bites alongside.
