Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Shape the chicken mince into small balls, then press each one onto a taco and flatten with your hands.

Step 2

Chop the lettuce into small pieces and toss it with grated Parmesan and yogurt dressing in a large bowl.

Step 3

Melt a little butter in a pan over high heat and fry each taco, chicken side down, for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another minute.

Step 4

Serve the crispy tacos topped with the salad mix and enjoy!
