Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Use leftover cooked potatoes or cook them until soft in salty boiled water.

Step 2

Grate the cooked potatoes and prepare an oven dish by greasing it with some butter.

Step 3

Add the potatoes, then crack three eggs over them. Mix everything together, then stir in some chopped spring onions and ham. Season to taste and sprinkle grated cheddar on top.

Step 4

Bake for about 15 minutes at 200°C (392°F) and enjoy!
