Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Simply mix the flour, baking powder, and Greek yogurt into a dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, crack the eggs and scramble them in a pan on medium heat with a bit of butter.

Divide the dough into two balls, roll them out on the table, and fill them with the scrambled eggs, ham, and spring onion. Top with some cheese and carefully fold each into a bun.
