Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Start by slicing your pickles and laying them out on a cutting board. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.

Step 2

Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper and sprinkle grated cheese in spots where the tacos will be. Arrange the pickle slices on top of the cheese in a taco shape, then sprinkle a bit more cheese over them.

Step 3

Bake in the oven or air fryer for 12 minutes at 200°C (392°F).

Step 4

Meanwhile, fry the ground beef with diced onions in a pan over high heat with a bit of butter.

Step 5

Once the tacos are ready, spread ketchup on them and top with the beef and some crumbled feta.
