Step 1

Start by slicing open the chicken breasts, rubbing them with olive oil, and seasoning with paprika powder.

500 g Chicken breast

1 tsp Olive oil

Paprika

Dice the spinach and dried tomatoes, then mix them with cream cheese in a bowl.

1 handful Baby spinach

4 Dried tomatoes

20 g Cream cheese light

Step 3

Spread this mixture onto the chicken breasts, slice the halloumi, and place the slices on top.

Step 4

Fold the chicken over and secure with toothpicks.

Step 5
