Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for about 6-8 minutes until almost al dente.

Step 2

Meanwhile, cut the tomato and red onion into small pieces and mix them with the sweetcorn in a large bowl.

Step 3

Drain the tuna and add it to the bowl along with the Greek yogurt and seasoning.

Step 4

Drain the pasta and combine it with all the other ingredients.

Step 5

Pour everything into a baking dish (or multiple dishes if you want to meal prep), and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

Step 6

Bake for 12 minutes at 200°C (392°F), or until the cheese is golden brown. Enjoy!
