Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

First cover the lentils completely in water, let them soak for 30 min and drain afterwards.

Step 2

Blend them in a mixer with 150 ml water and a pinch of salt.

Step 3

Pour the mixture on a sheet of parchment paper and form it to a rectangle shape.

Step 4

Bake for 12 min at 200°C (392°F), take it out of the oven and cut it into small pieces.

Step 5

Season everything and mix it together with the olive oil.

Step 6

Bake again for another 5 min until crisp.
