Step 1

Cut the potatoes into wedges and let them soak in cold water for a few minutes.

Step 2

Chop the onions into small pieces and toss them with the drained potatoes in a large baking dish.

Step 3

Add the chicken thighs and season everything with oregano, salt, and olive oil, then bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 40 minutes.

Step 4

Meanwhile, prepare the tzatziki by chopping the dill and grating the cucumber.

Step 5

Be sure to squeeze out the excess water, then mix the cucumber with the dill, Greek yogurt, and fresh garlic.

Step 6
