Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Dice the potatoes into small wedges and soak them in cold water for a few minutes.

Step 2

Drain the potatoes, place them on a baking tray, and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C.

Step 3

Meanwhile, chop the lettuce and pickles, and heat a pan over medium heat.

Step 4

Melt a bit of butter in the pan and fry the ground beef. After a few minutes, add the mustard and continue stirring. When the beef is cooked through, sprinkle the cheese over the meat, remove the pan from the heat, and let the cheese melt.

Step 5

Assemble all the ingredients in your bowls or containers.

Step 6

For the burger sauce, mix ketchup, mayo, and a bit of pickle juice together. Drizzle the sauce over your portions. Ready to serve!
