Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Start by chopping the red onion into small pieces.

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add the pasta with a pinch of salt, and cook until al dente or according to the package instructions.

300 g High-protein pasta

Meanwhile, heat a pan with a little oil and sauté the onion.

Step 4

After a minute, add the peas and sweetcorn. Stir and fry briefly, then add the tuna.

150 g Sweet corn

360 g Canned tuna

Step 5

Continue stirring for 1-2 minutes, then remove from the heat.

Step 6

In a bowl, combine the mixture with mayo, Greek yogurt, and dill.

3 tbsp Greek yogurt

3 tsp Low fat mayo

1 handful Dill

Step 7

Serve the cooked pasta topped with the tuna mixture in containers or bowls. Sprinkle some more dill if you like.
