Step 1

Begin by cracking the eggs into a large, shallow baking dish and whisking them.

Step 2

Dip the rice paper sheets into the eggs—use three sheets—and lay them side by side on a flat surface, slightly overlapping.

Step 3

Finely chop the onion and sauté it with the ground beef in a hot pan with a little oil.

Step 4

Spread the cooked beef mixture over the rice paper sheets, then add the sautéed spinach and crumbled feta cheese on top.

Step 5

Carefully roll everything up and shape it into a spiral.

Step 6

Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
