Spread the tomato sauce over the tortilla, then add pre-cooked chicken and grated cheese to one half. Sprinkle with a bit of parsley and your preferred seasoning.
2 Whole wheat tortilla wraps
2 tbsp Tomato sauce
50 g Low fat pizza cheese
150 g Chicken breast
1 handful Parsley

Roll up the tortilla, slice it into equal pieces, and arrange them upright in a baking dish.
Step 3
Repeat the process once again for another tortilla.
Step 4
Top with extra cheese and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C (392°F) in the oven or air fryer.
