Step 1

Begin by cutting the nori sheets into circles with scissors. Lay them out and spread cream cheese on each one.

Step 2

Cook the rice according to the package instructions, let it cool slightly, then add a small portion to each taco.

Step 3

Carefully fold the tacos and arrange them side by side in a baking dish so they keep their shape.

Step 4

Bake in the oven or air fryer at 200°C (392°F) for about 10 minutes.

Step 5

Meanwhile, heat a pan, melt a little butter, and fry the salmon fillet on both sides until crisp. Then mash it in a bowl with a fork.

Step 6

Thinly slice half an avocado and place the slices on the tacos along with the salmon.

Step 7

Optionally, drizzle with hot sauce and enjoy!
