In a bowl, combine the puffed wheat, PB powder, cocoa powder, protein powder, and almond milk, mixing thoroughly.

50 g Puffed wheat

2 tbsp Peanut butter powder

2 scoops Whey protein powder

2 tbsp Natural cocoa powder

50 ml Sugarfree almond milk

Step 2

Line a rectangular baking dish or container with parchment paper, then pour in the mixture. Press it down firmly to help it hold together.

Step 3

Freeze for 1 hour, then cut into 6 equal squares. Enjoy!
