Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Blend the tomato sauce together with the cottage cheese in a mixer.

200 g Cottage cheese

200 ml Tomato sauce

Step 2

Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

140 g Pasta

Step 3

While the pasta is cooking, cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

300 g Chicken breast

Step 4

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken pieces until they are no longer pink in the center.

Step 5

Reduce heat to low and add the tomato sauce and cottage cheese mix to the cooked chicken. Stir well to combine and heat through.

Step 6

Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce and add grated Parmesan cheese.

Serve hot, topped with some more cheese.
