Step 1

Chop the red onion, cucumber, and tomatoes into small pieces. Mix them together in a bowl with parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

Step 2

Slice the pitas open, spread the lean ground beef inside, and flatten it. Fold the pita over to close.

Step 3

Heat a pan with a bit of butter and fry the pitas on each side for about a minute.

Step 4

Spread hummus on the fried pitas and top with the salad mixture.
