Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

First, chop some onions and place them in the oven with the garlic for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and an egg, then spread the dough as a base on a baking tray.

20 g Coconut flour

225 g Fat-free Greek yogurt

Remove the onions and garlic from the oven and finely mince them together. Add a bit more Greek yogurt and some parsley, then spread this mixture over the dough.

Top everything with some light cheese and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
