Step 1

Begin by mixing the chicken mince, eggs, and Parmesan cheese together in a bowl. Add the Italian seasoning and knead the mixture thoroughly.

400 g Lean chicken mince

2 Eggs

40 g Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Step 2

Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a pizza base.

Step 3

Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (392°F).

Step 4

Remove from the oven and spread tomato sauce over the base.

Step 5

Arrange the pepperoni salami slices on top and sprinkle with cheese.
